The building has a parking lot that is first-come first-served. It tends to be busier in the morning and emptier in the afternoon. It has a “one way” flow of traffic & there are disability-accessible parking spots reserved in the lot.

The office is directly on the main East-West rapid bus corridor (Shorewood Stop on the A & F lines; there are also stops for 28 and 38 nearby).

The office is directly on the bike path, with bike parking behind the pet store downstairs.

Restrooms are available in the shared hallway next to my office suite. The restrooms are single-stall, but have gendered signage (due to being shared with other businesses). They are generally very low-traffic. The coffee shop downstairs has non-gendered restrooms.

The waiting room and office are carpeted, with rugs on top. The furniture is generally moveable to clear a path for mobility needs. The building has a motorized exterior door and a small elevator — however, there are 2 non-motorized doors between the elevator and my office suite. I will gladly assist with these.

• Sound: White & brown noise are used throughout the space for sound privacy.

• Light: Fluorescent lighting is not used in the suite. Rooms are lit by sunlight and floor & wall lamps.

• Scents: I limit the use of scents in my office. The shared waiting room sometimes has very mild essential oil scents.

• Other: Fidgets are available & encouraged, and there is room in my office space for having sessions on the floor if preferred.
